Pricing: Prices do not include any freight costs. We ship our orders freight collect, meaning that you will be responsible for the freight when your order arrives. We can also add the freight to your bill at the time of shipment, giving you the most accurate billing charges.
Orders: Orders can be placed directly by one of three methods:
Warranty/Return: All parts are fully guaranteed for 30 days and may be returned for exchange or refund with proof of purchase. We do not accept returns without a RA number! You must contact our staff to obtain a Return Authorization prior to shipping the item to our offices.
Restocking Fee: On some occasions it becomes neccessary for our customer to return parts after the Warranty Return period. In such cases it may be required that a 10% restocking fee be applied against the purchase refund. As in any return, a Return Authorization is required from our staff.
Rebuilt Parts: Some of our rebuilt items require a core for purchase. If you order a rebuilt item which is not available for immediate shipment we will contact you regarding your purchase options.
