SHIPPING: In most cases parts ordered by 3 PM will be shipped the same day. You can contact us toll free at 800-831-8543 or you can place your order by fax at 712-476-5302. Remember that if you find a used part in our inventory you will need to contact us to confirm the price.
Prices do not include any freight costs. We ship our orders freight collect, meaning that you will be responsible for the freight when your order arrives. We can also add the freight to your bill at the time of shipment, giving you the most accurate billing charges.

WARRANTY/RETURN:
All parts are fully guaranteed for 30 days and may be returned for exchange
or refund with proof of purchase. To obtain an exchange or refund it is
required that you contact our staff to obtain a Return Authorization before
returning merchandise.
RESTOCKING
FEE: On some occasions it becomes necessary for our customer, to return
parts after the appropriate Warranty/Return policy. In such cases it may
be required that a 10% restocking fee be applied against the refund of
the return. As in any return, authorization from our staff is pre-required
